Collaborative Statement on Proposed Eligibility Limits for SNAP Enrollment

The USDA had been considering a proposed rule to further limit eligibility for SNAP enrollment (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) by limiting the ability for states to waive harsh time limits where there are few jobs available.
